Scam or phishing or worse as I don’t speak the language and no idea what being said!!

Scam caller, apparently noticed data fails on my telsta home connection. Yelled at me when I said I didn't have an account with Telstra and told me I didn't have any authority to speak with a manager. Hung up on me.

Must be Scam or fraud. Who knows as I do t speak that language

This recorded announcement (American female voice) referred to recent deductions from my Visa card and asked me to press 1 to speak to representative.

Caller: "Visa Security Department" Tee Hee!!

Received a call from this number 0481 378 284 returned call to get message Optus advises this number is disconnected??? My guess it was a scam caller
