Its a scam, did not order any item for a long time and the message says your item has been held at distribution centre and it got a link. Completely scam at all do not open any links.

Scam, offering two beta testing positions paying up to $2000 per day

Scam SMS with text about last warning for a payment, with a short link to bitcoin-related site

I received an unexpected text message saying "we owe you an apology - this was meant to get to you yesterday" followed by a link which looks quite unusual in its structure. I have not clicked on the link and dont intend to as I assume it is a scam.

Sent me a text saying my package was damaged and included a link. When I clicked on the link it took me to a "interactive parcel management system" where it asked if my name was .............. I said yes and then it said if I wanted my package I would need to pay a $3 fee and schedule a delivery time since the company address was also damaged. Oh they also sent me a pic of the parcel with a label that doesn't look damaged to me just blurred out...I didn't pay the fee... Since I get my packages through Aus Post I also get my notifications through the app.. Sounds like a scam to me..
