I believe this message is associated with JB HI FI as this was the only place I have shopped outside of Coles in the last few days and they requested my mobile number to issue an electronic receipt "as they don't print you one in store", yet the guy who served me stuck a receipt on my bag after purchased items.
Sounds a bit too suss getting this message today after telling JB HI FI my number a few days ago buying my daughter a birthday present because I have NEVER given my number to anyone prior to this besides personal friends and I don't enter Comps!
