I called back the number 0481 242 799 and reached vm that said the company name is Platinum Electrical & Air

I didn't pick up as I never do so with numbers I don't recognize. A woman left a voicemail asking me to return call after also leaving me a text msg saying they were from Platinum Electrical and wanted to let me know that their technician was delayed and could they reschedule the appointment to give me a quote on the AC next week. I blacklisted them as either they were scammers or their company service is so sh*te that they called someone that never even associated with them before.
