spotlight sale promotion messages

I was regularly (about every fortnight) receiving txts from an unidentifiable incoming number that purported to be 'Spotlight' who were offering bargains, "one day specials", "spend $100, save $40", etc.
0481 070 961 was given as an 'opt out' number is you "text STOP".
When I contacted Spotlight via their online contact form, I was told that all the txts I'd been receiving (but luckily had ignored) were a scam.
Since then I've blocked all incoming txts from 'Spotlight' but, unfortunately, they just keep changing their hidden incoming number and they just keep coming.

Who are you?
