Caller: a LOSER 0480 851 548 This is a scammer purporting to be a health insurance company located in Victoria trying to get people to switch over. I spoke to some indian woman first then after I suckered her into the web she handed me over to her 'supervisor', an indian man. All very typical as this is exactly what the scammers do. It's a scam and no one with a brain is going to switch to a faceless, nameless online-only insurance company. Real local insurance companies are bad enough to deal with nevermind having to attempt contacting these losers when a crisis hits. The indian man wanted me to find my current health insurance papers and say how much I'm paying exactly and some other details. I eventually told him everything I said was fake just to find out what they wanted so I could report it then I hung up lol
