Caller: Super Support Claim to be 'Super Support' but it was weird - when I picked up a womans voice said "Hello is this *My name*?" before I could even say hello, then a man launched straight into saying he was calling from Super Support and is running a survey about how people use their Super. I asked how he got my number and in a very bot-like voice he replied "I understand if you are uncomfortable taking this call we are doing a survey about super but if you do not want to proceed I can end the call" - it was VERY weird. I said not interested and hung up. Definitely seems like a phishing scam but I haaate that they knew my name.

Caller: Adam/Alex Several names used but same person leaving various voicemails, different scripts, strong sales pitch tone. Knows by first name. Something suss that’s for sure. I feel like they are credit corp etc but using this tactic to get you to answer phone.
*Hi, this is Alex calling from Super Support. I just trying to catch -my name- if she's around. Are you still there?
*My name's Adam and I'm calling from insurance support. We're running a short survey with Australians about personal insurance like life cover and income protection to understand how people have things set up. No worries at all. I'll try reaching out another time. Thanks and have a great day.
