Caller: James This number was used to make a "market research" call on health insurance. Asked some questions about health insurance. Then said "someone will call in a few days to offer you a better health insurance rate". I had firm words for this guy about consent to do market research initially and then ripped into him about being a telemarketer and that he was marketing to me without my consent. Said the words 'market research' is misleading and illegal as he was doing sales calls.
