Definitely a scam

We have someone in your area interested in buying your property ....

Didn't recognise number so didn't answer. Voicemail was left and they knew my name. He spoke extremely quickly and I could not really understand the message except for the end of the phone number he called from. I called the number back out if interest and surprise no answer. There was a network message saying I couldn't leave a message because the mail box was full. Definitely a scam.

Same as below - a call from an unknown number, leaving a VM to call David back but no idea who David is or where he is calling from.

After posting here earlier today, I chose to call "The Best Realty Armadale" directly (number from their website) and spoke to Aman. Sophie was off sick and my appointment has now been rescheduled again today with a big apology.
The number is legitimate for a REIWA endorced realestate that has an office in Armadale WA.
Not a scam.

A lady named Sophie, called me claiming to be from best reality group Armadale WA. I had put in an online application for a house appraisal with REIWA and made an appointment for 1pm today. No show! Tried to call the number and was met with no answer and the mail box full so could not leave a message. I am now unsure if this was a scam or legitimate. Next call is to the best reality Armadale to find out what's going on.

Caller: Someone who said her name was Sophie

Woman with an accent called me, spoke really fast. I was shocked that she had my phone number, knew my name and my previous home address. The phone was glitchy and I couldn't hear her properly. She advised she was calling from Armadale real estate. She wanted to know if I wanted to sell my property quoting an amount. When I questioned her about her name and real estate connection she rang off.

A woman with an accent called, she spoke too fast for me understand where she was calling from. She knew my name and asked if I was interested in selling my property, I told her it's not for sale and she kept pushing for me to get an appraisal. I told her it's not for sale and to never call me again.

Caller: David

Had two missed calls from this number, then a voicemail asking me to call David back. No idea who he is or what he wants. Sorry David but I have no intention of calling you back.

Caller: Unknown

Received a call from an unknown number, leaving a voice mail to call David back but no idea who David is or where he is calling from.

The same David left a voice message who didn’t explain who he is. Ignore his call.

Same as above, they addressed me by name though, phone flagged as suspected spam anyway

Received a call from David, voice message left simply said “please call me back”. No clue who this David is. Would help if he said which company he’s calling from.

As above, left a message that the person's name is David and asked to call back. Not someone I know, just ignored call

Someone called leaving a message saying it was David. No idea who it was and is not someone in my life/professional life so I didn't call back. I believe it to be a scam.
