Caller: SCAM!!! using a fake westpac bank link. How has the service provider not shut this down yet?

Received text claiming large amount debited from Paypal account to Mr. John Wilkinson. Checked correct contact for Paypal - Not same. Called 0480 351 274 number from a landline, Indian accented male requested Paypal account access details - SCAM ! BLOCK & DELETE !
