Given the above posts about the source number and the slightly odd wording, I assume the message I received is a scam:

Msg via text "NetBank: We have temporarily frozen your account, visit: cba-online-helpcentre.com for restoration, and more details." I do not have a CBA account, have blocked.

Caller: Netbank?? - Comm Bank??

Received this on my phone:-

I have now blocked this number.

Supposedly from PayPal saying someone login to my account from South Africa asking me to call another number

Message was supposed to be from Commonwealth Bank saying someone had just put my card on a new phone saying to contact an email if it wasn’t me. Scam. Email did not match Comm Bank.

I received a text message from this number with the following message and believe this to be a scam -
