Unsolicited scam text message. Had a gut full of this crap

I am continually getting these harassing messages from different mobile numbers. How can we stop them? I try to call back but after a few rings the calls are disconnected. Whenever I block a number - a new mobile number comes through with the same message. I am about to report all these mobile numbers to the Police!

It’s a scam. “Please respond to final notice: action required before you’re no longer considered eligible. Ask for requested total” followed by a link. don’t click on link or reply :) received same text different link from a different number as well.
