I received the following msg from this number:

I f*cked with this guy so hard, he sent me the following message;

"Jesus loves you and does not want you to go to hell.For this reason he came and died for our sins on a cross ,was buried and rose again after 3days .If you turn from your sins and ask him to forgive you he will forgive and cleanse you from your sins and give you power to live a holy life.Also you will have a home in heaven.Get a Bible to learn more.Or down load the free Verse View Mobil bible"

So, I called him - but he wouldn't pick up. So, I called him - again and again and again. He has speech-to-text voicemail so I'd say things like "Death", "False Prophet" and "Repent".

I then sent him the following messages;

"Do not hide from the lord."
"I am Jesus, I will find you."
"You corrupt thy name."
"Misfortune follows all whom take thy name in vain, corrupt child; you will be punished."

Then, I called again - but he PICKED UP THIS TIME!

You could hear him turn on loudspeaker then he started playing scripture from an audio book, so me not having said anything at this point I decided to play his game...

I searched for a YouTube video which was basically a soundtrack of what hell would sound like, popped the phone on loudspeaker (I never spoke to him, just put it on loudspeaker) then started playing the soundtrack of hell to him.

The scripture stopped, I slowly increased the volume bit by bit until suddenly there was a scream in the soundtrack - I quickly put the volume to max so he'd get frightened then abruptly ended the call.

I finished it off with the following 2 messages;

"Repent."
"False Prophet, beware."

I don't think this guy will be messaging people anymore. :)

I always say don't reply, I just got this message and looked up phone number to discover other complaints here. Sometimes these are scam texts too. Best not to respond, it could be on an automatic dial system. Just hit block number.

He seems harmless from my own interaction with him. He believes in God and that people who don't accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour will end up in hell. Who are "you" to say otherwise? Everyone has a right to their own beliefs.

Why isn't the Phone Provider - stopping these calls - I am going to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman

I received this message too. Terrible that people are getting away with this behaviour of illegally obtaining peoples numbers and spamming them.

I had a text message from this number. Religious bullsh*t. I called the number back and a bloke called Barry answered and started off with religious bullsh*t. I have reported this to the police and the Fedral police.

I asked why Jesus was born on the same day each year but somehow managed to die on a different day each year? I'm looking forward to the response!

Got the same message today. Searched for number. Came up with A1 Cleaning 248 Collins St, West Melbourne, VIC 3001, 0480 137 461. Either they don't care about the impact on their business, or someone has hijacked their number. For anyone who is bothered to take this nuisance to task.
