Another Panthera Finance number to add to the block list. Sorry Panthera.

I called back number 0480 092 754 spoke to a woman but did not hear her properly when she said the company name.

Calling about an old power bill - I asked what they paid for the debt and they refused to give details. I said I may have had a contract with that power company but I don't have one with anyone called "Panthera". The response was they owned the debt. When I refused to give personal details they hung up. Useless plebs

I owe nothing yet they call constantly, and from different numbers. I block ALL of them after I look up who it is and I just don't answer any numbers I don't know. They are relentless!

They ring from different mobile numbers and when you ask where they are from they want personal information before even telling you what company they are from. And when you won't give personal information they start getting rather nasty, saying sh*t like if you don't give your information we will pass this onto police. Like what the F?

Been messaging me BS messages about money I 'owe' to a company that I've never used. Messages and calls are blocked and I've reported them to ACCC.

If you have a genuine debt (Some businesses pad/inflate the invoice before selling it to a debt collector.), pay them. Tell Panthera Finance you didn't buy anything from them, and won't give them money.

Asking for my brother who had died almost 5 years ago about a debt with a company my brother had never been with. Then demanding a copy of his death certificate.

0480 092 754 is yet another Panthera Finance number. This company 'buys' debts from other companies for a pittance then tries to recover the original amount plus costs. Anyone being harassed about an old debt should not NEVER EVER agree that you owe the debt or make any payments to these bloodsuckers, before ideally getting some advice (national debt helpline). Ask for proof of the debt, keep records of conversations, phone calls etc. Your debt may be statute barred - too old legally for them to recover. GET ADVICE. DON'T AGREE TO OWING ANY DEBT.

Debt collection scam. Panthera Finance harass people claiming they owe money but refuse to provide evidence. This is a well documented scam and even the ACCC have said Panthera Finance are breaching Australian Consumer Law, so do not talk to them or give them any money.
