Called back and sounds like an international company, potentially a call centre in the Phillipines and claims to be an Electricity bill saving company.
I left a voicemail to immediately remove my number and that I have reported to
Scam Watch Gov.au

Called several times, didn't leave a message

0480 092 421 CALLED. Didn't leave a message. I called back. "This number is not in service" BLOCKED

This number was on my unknown number list which is on silent so I looked it up incase it was something important and led me to here thankgod.
I have recently been hacked and “what a coincidence” also have been communicating with my electricity provider and I think they can see all my emails and messages and are trying to take advantage of me. Someone in Phillipines already has purchased goods and taken $800 from my Suncorp bank account which Suncorp declined to refund and have rejected my dispute. I believe these scammers are still on my phone but I don’t know what or how to stop it. Please be very careful.

Illegally and repeatedly calling mobile numbers that are on the do not call register. Illegally misprepresenting themselves as a different company name when asked details. Illegally not removing numbers from their auto-dialler when asked.

Caller: Claimed to be an energy provider

Wanted to speak about my energy bill, I don’t own a home or have an energy bill so I provided some harsh words and told the female caller that I was aware it was a scam. She told me to shut up as I hung up the call.

Someone from this number called me today stating that they are electricity advisors who can give a better deal on my electricity. Appear to be a Scam
