called, never left a voice message

Didn't leave a message, and very similar to another number that rang me about the same time last week that also didn't leave a message. Suspicious for sure.

Called and did not leave message, similar number to two others (0408 090 xxx) that have called and not left message. Assume scam?

Caller from Clever Contacts in QLD. They handle charities and intake for donations. They are persistent and will call at ridiculous times. I have asked to be removed from their telemarket list after making a donation to PAWS Rspca. They haven't removed me despite saying they will. I got a call at 9pm. I've had 4 today and they never leave a message.
