Caller: Health insurance comparison

These are health insurance spammers who claim that you made an inquiry. They constantly change numbers.

I visited a health insurance comparison site, and they called me 2 minutes later while I still had the page open. They have called every morning since for the last 3 days

Have had calls from several different numbers which I don't answer but when searched, all numbers lead back to Health Insurance Comparison. Have blocked all numbers

Spam. Dont answer

These folks don’t get the idea that if you don’t want to talk to them and have blocked one number you’re probably going to not answer any call and block every number they use.
Clearly not the sharpest knives in the drawer and therefore why would you use them to compare anything?!

Report the Bastards to ACMA and ASIC

Claims to be from a Telstra and that they can help me fix my internet. Didn’t know who I was so sounds like a scam call.

They said from Telstra and they said my account has been hacked internationally. I said I’m not even use telstra and he said doesn’t matter because all the connections are the same. I said I understand how its work and you can’t scam me. He hang up immediately.

Thank you all for posting here- I too have had multiple calls from 0480 088 900- and I know now to block the call.

Didn't answer but I have had dozens of calls from all different mobile numbers in the past week ranging from 3 am untill midnight .. bloody ridiculous!

Caller: Health Insurance Comparison by Compare Club

I gave my contact details on their website to get to the "Show my Quotes" page (I never requested a consultation/phone call) but sent multiple emails in response to their emails requesting that I be removed from their records and received no response. I missed another call so I called back this time and very politely asked that my records be removed as I've emailed this request a few times. They were very demanding about giving them why I changed my mind. I was trying to be very polite but eventually I just had to thank him and terminate the call. Followed up with another email confirming that he agreed to remove my details. I won't give out my details so freely next time, ugh!

If you answer an unknown caller, don't speak, wait for them to identify themselves first. There are AI's that people can use to make your voice say whatever they want nowadays. I've heard an NWA song voiced from start to finish in the voice of Barack Obama. Search engine it if you're sceptical.

I know who is calling me, and if I wanted to speak with you I would have dialled the number myself. It is Health Insurance Comparison. They use many different numbers.

- Using Google Phone, it was pore-identified as "Spam" . I recommend you look at using the Google phone app if you are interested in that functionality (and don't mind additional google metadata scraping.)
