This scammer started a profile of a dead person

Caller: Unknown God damn annoying bloody automated indecipherable Asian woman's voice - cannot for the life of me understand what they're saying as it's in Chinese or something. Getting these calls often (I have no idea how as my number is a SILENT NUMBER) and I'm over them! When calling the number back with my own number hidden, it says the mobile phone is switched off or unattended - of course it is!! Grrrrrrrrr
