Chinese scammer to mobile. Number

The number called me rather than being a text message to begin with, and it came up as "unknown". No details other than the following message, which came up after I decided not to answer the call, "Media content in this message". I will not click on the link. Plus I have received this exact message before, possibly from the same caller, some time ago. I have no doubt a scammer of some kind. As with all the other unsolicited morons out there, I give them a one-way trip to "I.T.P. Island". That is, I "Ignore Them Permanently"

Mandarin: "This is the last call from DHL to remind you that you have a parcel not delivered successfully. We tried to deliver it twice but failed. For further enquiry, please press 1". (repeated sentence here)

This is a scam.

Chinese language recorded message with music playing in the background. Hung up.

claims to be calling from DHL regarding a package with 2 failed attempted deliveries.

I was left a voicemail form them. Message was in mandarin, very unclear what it was about. Most likely scam.
