Returned call and got voicemail.

Check this site and blocked caller. Unfortunately, they still ring but goes straight to my message bank. How are these pests still able to call when I have blocked the number??
Ring twice everyday for 2 weeks and still after being blocked for the past week. HOW?

I blocked them. if they dont leave a message and I check on here and see they are spam or marketing i just block them - pests

Rang at tea time, no voice mail left - when I rang back (hiding my number) their voicemail said I had reached the market research company AMRS, and if I was interested in doing a survey to press 1 now otherwise hang up. I hung up ;-)
