Using the eBay money back guarantee service you will have 7 days to make a decision on the motorhome, so if doesn't match the listing description it will be returned at our own expense and the full purchase price…”

Exactly same email, now its a Toyota Yaris and a phone number ending in 170. Almost fell for it,

Same story as above: this time a Toyota Troupy. How does one report this individual and stop their scam?

Good morning.
I am sad to report that Craig Hart is still around and scamming away, with an amazing Troopy V8 Camper.

We had the same story line, sick brother, working too hard for inspection, ebay pay, rural location, and delivery within 5 days.

We also received a PPSR certificate showing the car is not stolen and no money is owed.

Same as all of the above. Only he sent me a photo of a drivers license in the name of Craig Hart when I asked for the Power of Attorney form. The address was in Bourke so I called Bourke Police to ask them to notify this person his identity may be being used fraudulently. The phone number was listed as most likely a satellite phone.
