Claimed to be from Telstra, "my provider" - when I told him he wasn't my provider he hung up. Guess he didn't like getting caught out lying...

Told me some bullsh*t about my slow internet, and that someone else was using it and causing it to be slow.
Could hardly understand her and lots of background talkers, reckoned she was from Telstra.
When I got sick of her dribble said I dont care about internet and she hung up

Scam calling about a Telstra internet connection I don’t have.

A pox on the bastards that pay these bastards to hustle. Don't give anyone that calls using this number the time of day. Don't waste your time trying to call them back. The Australian federal government and telcos including telstra brag about stopping this sh*t but in reality its not a priority for them. Its certainly not a priority for the Indian government where most of these hustle call centres reside.

Today the lady claimed to be from Telstra advising a check on internet speed; when I asked for proof of her identity she hung up. Absolute scam.

So much for the Do Not Call register hey, I’m on it been for yrs and suddenly since November I’m getting all sorts of these calls and it’s driving me insane
