Scammer calls - apparently "Real Estate" but requesting details of property to confirm address

Polite young Indian bloke wanting to know if I pay the electricity bills. I said 'no, I do not'. He asked to speak to the person who does. I said 'no, she is playing golf'. He said 'no worries', thank you sir.
I've now blocked the number.

Scammer. Asking about electricity bills

Indian lady saying she wanted to let me know about new electricity rates since a 22% reduction in rates is meant to be coming and also “Black Friday sales”. She told me my electricity bill was in my name and then asked me if that was right, I said “you tell me”. Never actually told me the name of the company she supposedly worked for, but mentioned Ausgrid in her affiliation for good measure. Wanted to know how much my current electricity bills were. I said goodbye.

Unknown number and rang at just after 6pm so I didn’t answer it and no message left

Asked for multiple details about my electricity bills, didn’t know my name, wanted to offer comparing providers so i can get the best price, ended the phone call asking for my last name so they can give me a “proper goodbye”

Scam, asking we lived in that address saying like you have stayed there. But we never lived there. How theses scammers around there to scam in Australia ??? Anyone complaint to police ?

Unknown number so I don’t answer, never left a voice message

Asking about electricity. Told the Indian speaker I wasn't interested and he turned around and said its regarding any notices or notifications I've gotten. I just hung up

Started in the middle of an automated message saying that a member of their team would be on the line with me shortly, then had the audacity to thank me for calling them. Didn’t wait for a real person, hung up, blocked the number.

asking for electricity price increases , He told that it’s very important phone call. I just hang up

Asked for me by name and introduced himself as Kevin. I repeated his name back to him in a questioning way and he said “yes, I’m calling about your electricity”. I told him he had the wrong number, he said “oh my god” quietly and then politely ended the call.

Caller: Idiot scammer

The Indian call about electricity notice of account yet can’t answer my questions they should have in front of them. When I spoke Hindi they freaked out hung up. If you ever talk hold your nose so your voice changes.
