Called back but the number was disconnected, I was called a few times from this number but they never left a message

Total scam don’t call back or they’ll get your credit card details

Keeps calling my mobile, never leaves a message. Annoying as

don't answer, block them. Can't even speak english. If you are going to scam me, at least speak english.

Some seminar service trying to offer "free" tickets to something. I did I want interested, and yet they still keep calling. They also use (02) 8317 1298

Please do not call me again as your call will never be answered by me!
I do not answer to numbers that aren’t in my contacts and with NO name!
I answer only to my friends!

Spoke to a man but could hardly hear him. He disconnected when I asked which company he was calling from.
