"International Customer Care" - did not answer

Caller: National customer care, proadvisory solutions and eziadvice solutions

Apparently these people do not know who are they are the hold message when you call back says national customer care, the girl who answered my call said proadvisory solutions and if they were calling on behalf of eziadvice solutions. I asked what government changes exactly to my super did I need a review on ? She explained that I might not be aware of how coronavirus (government organisations refer to as Covid19) has impacted my super and what options there are for me to minimise the effect I said wow really I wasn’t aware of any government changes that would impact the balance of super fund and I would be very interested in someone explaining it me .. AS I AM AN ACCOUNTANT and have spent the last two months being updated continuously from the ATO , ABR and individual super funds on every policy and impact it has in business and individuals and this is not one I have any knowledge of. She back peddled said they are just calling on behalf of eziadvice I asked for their number so I can find out more she said they had a website I could visit hmm but not a phone number I then asked for the ABN of company she worked for and she said she would have to get her manager as she is the only one who knows that information. I replied well anyone can know that information if they google it on the ABN Lookup she then asked to put me on hold while she got her manager.. she didn’t put me on hold or move away from phone 10 seconds later said manager was in a meeting and would call me back within the hour with that information..., I won’t be sitting by my phone waiting for that call . Will be reporting them to ATO PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SUPER DETAILS THEY WILL STEAL YOU $10,000 super from the 1st of July when second lot available to access.

I called back number 0480 026 328 spoke to a woman who said I've reached International Super Solution.

Woman called my sister to talk about super and government changes to laws. She wasn't sure about if it was a scam, so put her off. Looked on here, blocked number now. Sounded very pro.

Said they were part of an online directory for businesses. yeah right.. I don't care.

Have received many calls from this number over a period of time (few months). Never leaves a voice message.
I just called number now ..THURSDAY 10.55am. Got a voice recording advising I had called Aussie Assist outside Business Hours and office closed (????????) and to call back during
Business Hours.
I can only assume a scam call. Other comments made on here support that suggestion .

Said she was from aussie customer assist. Hung up on her

Claimed to be from aussie customer assist. Said that old super accounts are being claimes by the govt. I asked her business name and asked her about what her company does and she ended th call. Sounded very professional. Reported the mobile number

Chick claimed to be from National Customer Care and said they were offering all Australians assistance to assess and find their lost super.
Definitely sounded like a scam and any call from a legit government department would not come from a mobile number!

Also claimed to be from "National Customer Care". I asked what's it about? Got reply: "I just asked how you were". Said I'm at work, and got reply "That's ok, fine", and I ended the call. Even if for example a telemarketer from Optus etc won't talk like that. Scam.

I initially asked them to call me back. The caller said give me 30 seconds so I can explain and then got the sh*ts when I said I was at work and it wasn’t time for the call. Now blocked

Asked way to many sus questions then when I started firing questions back he hung up.
Scam for sure.

Women rang me asked about my super.
I told her i was at work and going to call back but she refused. Then i told her to give a website address for me to check. Eziadvicesolution.com
She told me that she is going to call me back tomorrow. Now i blocked her number.
