They actually don't call, as u don't hear the phone ring. Well, I didn't. They've rang me a few times. They're part of an elaborate scheme, being part of the Illuminati. Ringing somewhere from India, I assume. They ring through the telco exchanges of nations to rort others, and to annoy the sh*t out of you. Grow up you f*ckers 🗣‼ Ignore callers who you don't know, and are not on your contacts‼

I called back number 0480 022 284 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

Caller: Gordon Walsh? Telemarketer

The piano music happened for me as well. A woman then introduced herself and knew my name. Said she was calling from “Gordon Walsh”. Very disturbing that she knew my name.

Just want to say thanks to everyone commenting here. I got a call from this number but didn't pick up and my gut told me to check on the net. Blocked the number on my phone.

Picked up and only heard piano music so I hung up. Received another call within 30 seconds from a withheld number. When I answered I heard a loud BEEP so I hung up.

Missed the call so it went to my voice mail, when I played it back it started with music & then they said "Hi, am I speaking with David"? Then silence and then the call ended.

Saw missed call from this number with a voicemail. So the voicemail is just this muffled low voice, click then this rambling Asian sounding voice. Blocked.

FYI guys - not sure if you have received any suspicious phone calls recently, however; I have received 6 phone calls in two days from a different number each time. They are scammers that make silent calls. For your reference, and please keep an eye out, the numbers so far are:

When you answer, please DO NOT say hello, this is ***** speaking, because they may be making these silent calls to record your voice. So just say 'hello' or otherwise if you see that it is one of the above numbers then ignore it.

Some will call you for only a few seconds, some will call until you answer. The first time it happened I answered and there was no sound and they also didn't hang up, I had to hang up. The second time (same number) called me again a few mins later so I assumed it was someone who was trying to reach me, so I went to answer but I missed the call. So I called back and it went straight to hold music but didn't tell you where they were from so I hung up right away.

Since then, they call me multiple times a day using the numbers above and it is a new number every time. I have since blocked them but please keep an eye out - their bloody persistent....

This number messaged all of my company on whatsapp pretending to be our boss and asked us to purchase gift cards for him as he was in a "conference" thankfully all our employees are savvy enough to know better and our boss was in work and visibly not at a concert. Honestly.. these people!

i called back a missed call - rang for longer than usual and got an indian who stated that the number belonged to Boomerang International - it's currently 10.25pm in Melb .... don't care what time it is where they are !! Unsolicited and bs - number now blocked.

Yes all of the above. Phone rang, then music, then someone said they were from Gordon Walsh.. I hung up. They phoned back so I blocked their number. Hope that's the end of it. Can't understand why people would be like that ...

They leave numerous messages with background music just like when someone puts you on hold, then they pickup as the message is recording asking for me by name, so they know who I am. Sometimes I attempt to answer but they hang up.

Spam / marketing type caller I assume. Blocked.
