Called for 5 seconds then hung up. No voice mail. Could be scam

Was Zip Pay, I missed a payment, they were following it up. Not a scam.

left a voice message asking for me to type in my birthday to hear my overdue amounts. I am very confident that is a scam.

Rang and left a voice message. The first 30 seconds of voicemail was silent and then an automated voice spoke notifying themselves as Zip asking me to log into my account that I don't even have lol

I didn't answer the first call as I was at work but they texted with a alternative number which I called back
