Sounds like a male person from the UK. Asks (by name!) "Hey _name_, are you at home?". My reply: "who is this?". His reply: "oh sorry wrong number". They are looking for people who are easily taken. AVOID.

When I rang back knew my name.
Then claimed my Super fund hadn't had contributions in months and they were acting on cancelling insurances and getting refunds for people.
Then wanted me to confirm details with them which I didn't do.
Have reported to police and super fund

Called on an emergency phone we use for emergencies only.. claimed gov dept..Over these scammers..

got a call from a lady asked for super personal info, told her twice that i dont feel comfortable to leave personal info via the phone then she hanged off.

Go away… they keep ringing..

I have been getting SLAMMED with calls from 0480 012 xxx numbers - have blocked about 20 of them and they just keep calling from a slightly different number. I've been getting at least one call a day since June 2021. I never answer (having looked up the first ones on this site to see it's spam) but it's driving me slightly mad!
