Asked about superannuation. Knew my name and state I live in

asked age, was i employed, and said inactive super funds were going to be affected

Ask about age, if employed and if work full time.

Says they’re “super Annuation Australia”

Asked about my Superannuation insurance and wanted to ask me details about my employment and super. This is obviously a scammer, do not provide anyone personal details over the phone. Even if it seems like harmless questions, the next time they call (from another number) they will continue building a file on you. If they are legitimate, they will already know your details, but you should still ring your superannuation company from the listed number online and confirm if what you are speaking about is a legitimate campaign, if the person is an employee or that the number is even from them. There are so many superannuation scams atm and people losing all their retirement money from them.

Yes I was asked this too. Hung up and blocked the number

Scam caller

I couldn't make out what the feminine voice on the phone was saying. I'm hearing impaired but she had a strong accent too (if I had to guess, I think she had an Indian accent). I heard the word "insurance" and she denied it when I asked if she was selling something. I eventually said goodbye when the call quality didn't get better and we politely wished each other a lovely evening and hung up.
