Caller: said they were Amazon for me a complicated cancellation of subscription that I thought was already done. Ultimately resulted in downloading a "form" to complete cancellation that included bank details. at that point I asked for a number to call back and that were not able to do this so I hung up. It it is a scam then it is complicated and time consuming. on the phone for over 15 minutes and information they had seemed acurate.
