Wanted to talk about my energy bill

Caller: Asian guy saying he's from energy aus or grid

This guy called me and told me that my energy bill was overdue and something about joining an organisation for safety purpose. Now I answered with a 'sorry what did you just say because I'm hard of hearing, could you say that one more time a bit louder please?' They hung up and I am now unable to call back.

I waited few seconds there was no response. I answered hello and there was no reply they just hung up!!

I just got a call didn’t answer it. Jumped on here to check! Sent a text get a real job and work for your income scammer. Number is blocked

Wants to know about my power bill.

The usual “I’m calling about your electricity bill” and how you can save money by doing something.

Scam, hung up

answered and then they hung up....

They just hung up when I answered. I blocked the contact number.

This happened to me too. So annoying.

Who ever was he. He was very cheaply started to talk fraud person.

Keeps calling me and leaving messages in Mandarin

A Indian young lady called with my nickname and address saying I haven’t paid for my electricity bill. I don’t own an energy account nor do I pay electricity bills in the household...scam

Happily, it was a missed call and my phone recognised it as spam.

Caller: 0480 002 091

Guy with Indian accent called and said something about my energy bill being overdue. I asked him: "Is this a marketing call or a scam?" He feigned outrage: "Why would you say that?" He had the opportunity to say it's a marketing call but didn't. I hung up.

Received call and no response and again I called back, not going
