Second time they've called this month, but they don't try call properly, let it ring not even once before declining, never had a chance to answer nor will they leave voicemails (i wont answer unless i know who they are)

Number has called twice in two days. Missed first call and no voice mail was left. Answered send call, connection was poor and kept dropping out. Caller said they were from Energy Australia, had a Chinese accent, knew my first name and said they need to go through security questions. Hung up and blocked the number.

This actually is Energy Australia. For some reason they don't like it when you have credit in your account with them. I think it somehow costs them. They're always trying to get me to get a refund. When I enquired about it and asked why they hung up so soon they said my phone goes to voice mail too quickly which is bs. I guess they're trying to save money on phone calls too by making us call them.

0478997729 tried calling so I called back and they look like scammers trying to pass them selves off as Energy Australia or Essential Energy.

So will guess one of the above has their call centre off shore now & are basically giving these idiots everyone's basic information..

The number 0478 997 729 has been calling me for the past two days. When I answered, no one spoke. I said 'hello' twice during both calls, but there was no response. I have now blocked the number.

0478 997 729 just tried to call me. The phone rang a few times and cut out. No message left by them. I didn't answer and nor will I ring back.

Second time ringing in the past several days. I picked up the second time and they said "Hello this is Energy Australia, is this [?bunnerong?] housing corp limited?"

As I am not connected to Energy Australia for any services and they had the wrong name, I laughed and hung up.

I got a call, I answered it. It was some Asian lady claiming to be essential energy. She knew my first name, asked if that's who I was. They had a bad line, I could barely hear her. The line went dead after she said it was about a overdue bill. Got called twice now, but I blocked them after the second call.
