Wanted to speak to the business owner.

Didnt leave a message so I consider a nuisance caller...

Rang once ..... I don't call back numbers that I don't know. - looks like a garbage caller.

Rings and remains silent or hangs up.

They claim to be calling on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch and the call sounds like it is being recorded. After they ask how you are, silence, then they hang up. Nuisance caller.

Nuisance caller. Although they appear to be a legitimate business as such, their tactics and operating methods are shady to say the least. Make you think you're supporting community organisations like the police, ambos etc however you're actually paying for very dodgy & unprofessional looking ads in journals that hardly anyone reads. Avoid their calls or answer and tell them you are not interested and demand they remove you from their database/call list
