I moved energy providers last week away from Energy Australia so I presume this was them reading previous reports and they hung up on me when I answered. That in itself is one of many good reasons that I have signed up with another provider!

Caller: I now know it's Energy Australia

Have just switched from Energy Australia to an Australian-owned company and now I'm being harassed. When I answered the call they hung up. Got the same treatment when I changed health providers.

I picked up and there was no one on the other end. But would be Energy Australia because I started a transfer out from their plan.

Dropped them when they put down our solar credit to 6 cents, since calling it a day and moving to another supplier, their pone calls have been regular and frustrating; today, they were at it again, I called the number to get them to stop, but it was just an answering machine with office hours, as before.
