Calling for “Police & Youth club” ... wanting sponsors for the new handbook to educate high school kids about ice!
3rd time I have been called regards to this in 2months . I phone local police in regards to call and gave them phone number . Definitely a scam

Always calls after 2- weeks. when ask who is calling. Call me rude and hung up..

Cantantly calling & not leaving a message

Caller: Think he called himself John Cleary

He's called the business 3 times this week claiming to be from our local suburbs Ambulance SA or Neighbourhood watch or Police & Youth club looking for the owner. Just hangs up when I say they're not here.

Caller: A Lady called

Lady pretending to be from police and neighborhood watch. this is her 3rd call from 3 different numbers, i told he that I will be reporting you to the AFP and police.

Dodgy man called from this number saying he was from the AFP, knew our ABN and business name. Said he was fundraising and would we donate.

A man called saying he is from "Neighbourhood Watch" and putting together a handbook for schools about the ice epidemic. I hung up after this. Crackly line. Didn't introduce himself.

Received very loud aggressive male voice call from 0478 286 003. Said "Are your the owner of a particular business" then hung up. Could hear background noise like a "boiler room" noise.
SCAM STAY CLEAR AND BLOCK NUMBER

Caller: Man claiming to be a police officer by the name of Jason Steele

Asking to get local photographers on board with a youth street wise program relating to drugs etc. when I asked for the information to be sent through to my email he hung up

Caller: 0478 286 003

Called and hung up without leaving a message.

Missed call, called back and got disconnected after second ring

I had a missed call from this number. When I tried to phone back I got a automated message saying that the number could not be connected

This number called just kept saying hello and hung up.

Caller: a woman talking very confidently

claims to be police looking for sponsors in raising awareness for drug use and also advertising for small business , and then insist to get approval a few times , scam

Calling on behalf of the Neighborhood watch “Police and youth club”. Asked if I knows about the drug ice and I then asked I’m more concerned how you got my number and he said it was in the business directory, though my number is a private number. I then hung up

Sounded like reading a script, when said we get phone calls like this every day and not interested he hung up.

May have been a genuine call centre seeking donations, but rarely they hang up when asking for donations.
