Scammers from countrywide austral, they purport to represent local police/ neighbourhood watch but that’s nonsense. Lowlifes you should hang up on.

Call is safe, its Countrywide Austral calling on behalf of their clients like Police Associations, Neighbourhood Watch Streetsmart Campaign and emergency service groups.

Called me today on my private number asking if I was the owner of a business, which I am however I dont use my private number for said business.
Caller stated he was from NSW police and neighbourhood watch.

Caller: Had a name can’t rememeber

Wanted to sell me an add for a paramedic journal - asked him to email details and nothing. Knew that but thought he was clever. He’s not!

Answered call. The caller (with call centre background noise), claimed to be from Victoria police asking for donations.

I received a call this morning from that number but also from two other mobile no's that started with the same six digits.

I didn't ring any of them back as it seemed very sus, sorry can't help you more but interesting that you got disconnected when you tried it

Probably just some cold calling mob.

I called back number 0478 285 306 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
