Caller: Latitude Financial Services Have rang the business phone number 5 times in one day and hung up, rang them and they advised that they are not hanging up there is a delay, considering when I answer the phone I say the company name, good morning or arvo my name and then wait, it is one hell of a delay. Apparently they will keep ringing as some of our staff have put the company number down as a contact. really not impressed.
