Agreed, funny how it can be disconnected straight after calling my mobile.
Another to add to the many blocked calls I seem to be creating on my phone.

I had a missed call from this number this evening, call back 10 mins later to Optus advising me this number has been disconnected.same issue spam or fraus

2 missed calls from this number, called back straight after second one and Optus advised me the phone number has been disconnected.

A call from this number and when I answered they hung up. Likely a bot verifying numbers before starting spam activities. Blocking number - but I don't expect it will help. ACMA should just do a better job stopping such fraudulent activities.

i had a missed call, call back and it said the same message about the number being disconnected

got a call from 0478 184 926 then they hang up and when called them back it says it has been disconnected ?!!

Same thing, missed the call from this number rang back 2 minutes late to Optus advising me this number has been disconnected. ???

I have had a couple of missed calls from this number. Answered it today and could hear the wind blowing but no one spoke.
How do these idiots get a hold of my number?
