With a bogus - "You have won a competition, did not win, but here is $250 off of your total if you go with us"
What COnnie didn't know was that I had tried to get shutters with Ozshut a month ago, we have signed an agreement and booked in the install, they cancelled last minute, and then completely cancelled the job a week later due to the risk that asbestos may be present, when asbestos was mentioned at the very first quote and measure.
The shutters were also supposed to be installed on the wooden timbe frames so asbestos was not an issue anyways.

I will never use them again. This is a complete SCAM call

Same deal as above. Connie called saying I was one of a draw of winners of a $250 voucher to get shutters, but had missed out on the full install prize.
She didn't say her company when left a message the first time, then called back 10mins later and I had to ask where she was from because she just said "it's Connie" as if I should know her. She was a little pushy when offering a quote and kept asking how I discovered the shutter company. Very odd.
