This number is nab credit cards - trying to cheat the 'unknown' number system by using a mobile number. I don't answer ANY number I don't know. Of course they don't have the courtesy to leave a message and ring at least 4 times a day (I'm at work and can't answer it anyway). Found out who it was by using an 'unknown' number myself.
