Caller: so-called Chinese Consulate My daughter received a call from 0477 230 000 but is aware of scam calls and didn't answer. A voicemail message was left of a pre-recorded male voice saying "Please call the consulate of china as soon as possible" then appeared to repeat the message in Chinese. I note they didn't state which Chinese Consulate or which city. I have googled Chinese Consulate scam and it appears it's been going strong in America. Must be the Aussies turn!
