Caller: Robert (fake name)

This person is a gumtree scammer! He will send you a photo of the product you are interested in but they have simply grabbed the image from Google.

This guy or guys need to be stopped. Contacted Gumtree and they were going to do something about his account. Obviously he/they dont have anything to sell but must be in Gumtree's database because they get the phone numbers which can only be accessed if you have an account. The bsbs that are being listed above are from Cuscal Limited, Surry Hills in NSW and Cuscal Limited,Sydney, the one we got is 083 748 927428715 which is NAB, Altona. Been to NAB and reported him. There are a lot of banks out there, he has to run out sometime. Hopefully he chooses the wrong person to scam next time :)

Just thought people might be interested, looked up 'scammed by Daniel Falzon' and there is a lot out there including him using other numbers. He has used 0431 864 518 and 0435 143 978, check it out, you will find some interesting posts. Believe me !!! 😁

Wished I had looked on this website before sending money. Says his name is Robert but more than likely Daniel. Tells you a whole lot of bull rubbish about something he allegedly has through a Gumtree ad and nothing eventuates. Don't even give him the time of day. Hope karma catches up with him.

This guy is a serial scammer Gumtree. Wished I had checked this website before sending him money to his "son's (Daniel)" account. The money went to a NAB account in Altona 4 weeks ago and I have received nothing. Keep a wide berth around this jerk. He may call himself Robert or Daniel. NSB confirmed that the account was in Daniel's name. Contacting Gumtree now. KEEP AWAY AND DON'T RESPOND TO HIS CALLS

Wish I had of googled his number first! Had a wanted add on gumtree for car parts and he ripped me off 1,500$ saying he had what I wanted and now months later he is still being smart c**^ and texting me.. surely someone can bring this scammer down

Had a call from Victoria police this arv , they have arrested Sinclair he is in custody .Not much hope of getting our money back .

I got Scammed $300 on car parts on about 2/9/22 on Gumtree from this Allan Sinclair , after several phone contacts with him I realised that I was scammed so I got onto ANZ bank and put in Complaint ,Then today 23/09/22 I had Vic Police call me and said he is in custody for multiple charges and is heading to court , hopefully they throw the book at this scum bag .

just had a call from 0475 683 638 said he had a car in darwin fort sale, wants $1000 to send it to me. So I searched his mobile and here he is scamming again.

Caller: Using the name of Alan Sydney SInclair.

This prick scammed me out of a motor and then threatened me. Report has been lodged with SA police, who have been great. This guy needs to be stopped. Then contacted me on Sunday wanting another $300 for delivery, aint happening. Better hope cops get him before someone else does.

His bank is Teachers Mutual bank, with 2 accounts.

Like the rest, I was scammed out of $300... the guy lives in Darwin supposedly... Should have done a google search on his number first...

Responded to a WTB add on Gumtree. Was very pushy at the start of the transaction. I asked him too many questions and then he turned on me with an abusive text. Purported to be from Darwin.

“Alan” Messaged me on gumtree about my WTB post.
Knew it was a scam as soon as he said he didn’t have pay pal, went along with it to try to get more details.
Put his number into pay id, comes up with “D FALZON”

Never send money through bank transfer, always do your research

I called him and he aid his name was Alan Sinclair. Thank god i looked up his number because he almost scammed me.
