They are in charge of the domain and will probably call you when you are in breach with the registration, such as having a wrong or expired ABN. Their communication is bad, as they call on behalf of Web central, but it is not mentioned in their domain name or email. It makes the whole thing look shady, even if it may be legit. The thing is, you can proceed to changes on your domain name via the Webcentral website directly. So why do you want to deal with a company calling you from a mobile? And why a mobile phone number? It happens that agents call from their mobile phones when you try to understand if their company is legit....as they get frustrated. This also means their conversation is not recorded "for training purposes," which adds even more suspicion, even if it should not.

All in all, it is Webcentral, but the fact that they use a sister company to manage issues with domain name registration while still sending you communications directly with the name WEBCENTRAL to manage the same issues is REALLY not clear from the client's point of view. And when you try to express your doubts, they get frustrated at the point they call you from their mobile.
