I had a text message from this number on Saturday night at 10:15pm saying "Hey do I know u?" Didn't tell me who they were until I asked them and TOLD the person to "Stop sending me texts as I do NOT know you and have to obligation to answer to any further texts the person sent". Said the name was James Herring... To which case I have absolutely NO IDEA how he got my number.. And yes Leigh (above) this does classify as harassment and I told this person that if they continued to send me messages AFTER I had told him not stop, it was harassment and a chargeable offence. Haven't heard from this number since..

This number has started texting me 0474 194 341 and the texts first said "hey do I know you?" I didn't recognise the number so I text back asking who it was and apparently this person calls him self "James Herring"?? And has text me asking if I "know a Cody" to which I don't. I have sent 2 SMS texts now to this number requesting for their texting to stop and if they choose to ignore what I have said its classed as "harassment". And I also said "I DO NOT KNOW YOU and don't know how you got my number, so leave me alone and stop texting me; Any further texts will be ignored. GO AWAY." Haven't heard from the person since. I think its just an idiot who hasn't got anything better to do with their time

Keeps ringing and hanging up, this must classify as harassment???
