This guy called us back in September 2024 complained and requested a refund for 2 take away meals. It happened to be on a night which we didn't do any takeaway meals which we told him. He hung up on us. We tried calling him back a few times but he didn't answer. We kept his number just in case because it sounded like a scam.

We got a call again from the same number today with a complaint about his meal last night and wanted a refund. When asked what he ordered, he hung up again. We tried calling him a few times but he didn't answer. We looked up his number online and found a scam alert trail with other businesses receiving calls from him. Just letting everyone know to be careful of this guy and don't be a victim of his scam.

I'm a restaurant out in Brisbane Queensland - I've been scammed twice by this person and feel really sick about it. First time was in June 2024 and the second time today 30 September 2024. First time they said his kids had an onion allergy and this time they said his wife had a peanut allergy. I care about my business and refunded them on both times. Requested refund on 3 seperate occasions. 3rd time staff clicked on and asked what it was exactly he ordered. No record of that specific sale with alterations to meal due to supposed allergy. First was hair in food and scond was allergy. When challenged he disappeared but is local to Adelaide. Reported to Police.

As with all the above tried to call then sent SMS to claim foor had hair and not very good when no order matching what was claimed show on our system

This number called 2 of our restaurants on the same day today and said he bought take away from us and found hair in his meal. Same name used, same reason. We couldn't find his order details nor items on our POS system so we asked for proof of purchase/receipts etc... and he said paid cash.

Same thing happened to me this week, he called regarding a hair in take away food, said he paid cash but he couldn't provide any evidence, and said he was now on holiday. total scam!

He called me 17 sep 2025 to complain about my Pho. First time he said he want to complain about my Pho that he got it in same day. Second time he said he want to complain the Pho he had the day before. I can say he scam because I haven’t served any customer like him in the day before and I have camera. After hearing what I said, he hung up immediately..
