Caller: Smart Move Australia

Supposedly about superannuation, but I can't find any company with that name. When I asked 'how did you get my number, why are you calling this number?" he hung up on me.

Good thing I missed this call. Thanks to this site I'm confident in blocking it and deleting any trace.

Asked how they got my number and they said it would have been from either enquiring about increasing superannuation or a referral from a friend/family (neither apply in my case). He claimed he was calling about new incentives the government are releasing regarding superannuation.
I hung up mid-way through call.
I suspect they called my business mobile which I have diverted to my main mobile - definitely a telemarketing scam.
The do not call register is clearly a waste of time as these calls should not be able to occur!

My mobile rang and when I looked at the screen it said suspected fraud. So I declined the call. It INSTANTLY rang me again. I declined. Instant call back. I looked on here and saw it was fraudulent. Thanks for your posts people.

Asked if they were speaking with ... (my name). I asked who was calling, they then asked if the were speaking with ... I hung up on them

Vincent gave me a spiel on Smart Move Australia - he was based out of Gold Coast.
Bit intrusive. I wanted to see what their business was all about - its about comparing RETAIL SUPER with higher returns. Will do my own research to see if this is true. Telemarketer, just doing a tough job.

Wanted to know if I had superannuation and who it was with. The young sounding lady said she was ringing on behalf of the government and wanted to ensure I was getting the most out of my super. I did not answer any questions as it sounded suspicious.

I had missed calls from this number, I tried calling back multiple times. “This number is not connected, please check the number and try again”

I have had a call twice from this number recently...no voice contact. I did answer but having seen your helpful comments I have now blocked the number. Thank you

Female with english accent called and ask if this was...(my name). I asked who wanted to know. She asked how I was today. I asked her if she was trying to sell me something and she hung up.

Asked for person by name, I asked who was speaking and they hung up. Tried to call back - number disconnected....blocked

Sas their missed call. No msg in voicemail. Didn't call them back. Googled the number and found your comments.

This number called and didn't leave a message. When I tried to call back, I got a recorded message saying the number is disconnected.
