Caller: Scammer I received a text from this number: "NetBank: $455.89 has been authorized on your card. Ignore this if it was you. If you didn't, verify at https://commbank.au . . . . to stop this."
I checked weblink on Chrome and it said it was a Deceptive Website.

Sounds like a rebate scam. Do not call them on either number, most probably Indian scammers looking to take your hard earned money from you.
