Caller: Avanija Lakshmy - Square Yards Aus The call was from Avanija Lakshmy from Square Yards Australia. Not the only call I have received from them trying to sell some property investment which is highly suspicious. Offering a dreamhouse in Melbourne for $245k with only a $5000 deposit required. Seems like they are trying to scam victims into something that is too good to be true.

Caller: They say they are square yards, finance broker No voice message left and the call rang for only seconds. I remember receiving a junk email with no link to unsubscribe and no recipient name in the email. Don’t know how they stole my contact. possibly it was because of the HR company breach earlier
