Received hand written letter from a Joanna asking for an urgent call regarding my home address. Scam artist for sure.

Hand written note about house repossession after 4 letters from companies saying the same thing about ANZ taking me to supreme court. Voulture comment is spot on.

Some scammer called Joanna saying they will repossess your home don't know your name or who you bank with or even if you have a mortgage, morons

Looks like this mob of scammers are now sending out text messages but not always getting their return number right. My text message had the last digit missing so not only could I not return their call, but I couldn't reply to their text message as they have it blocked. Scamming 101 - FAIL.

This number is no scam, handwritten note was a bit out there but it is a legitimate company helping others when in need. This company is helping me through repossession of my property (divorce related)and has been a God send. If they contact you, please accept there help.

I got the exact same letter in the past few days.

Handwritten letter, no return address, prepaid envelope, same wording as other reports. Not going to take the bait, could really do without extra stress.

Received a pre paid envelop with my name and address and no return address on the back of envelope.

I just received a hand written letter from this person too with the same message about being unreachable and to call them on this number 0468 853 657 in regards to my home address.
Thing is they didn’t even spell my name right.
