He saw my wife's car for sale on gumtree and was acting interested in buying my car. He was pushing me to buy a VI report for my car. I told him to go buy it himself and he got pushy. Sent me to topgearaus.com for the report which should have been a red flag but I was too tired that day. The scam is getting your bank details and address plus any small amount for the report. Total piece of sh*t this guy.

Scammer was persistent on me buying report from a website he had, I was sus as he was constantly nagging me and I told him no, he can buy it himself but he would not budge. Very lucky I searched his number
